What Is Coaching?

Working with a coach helps you listen to what you already know, and uncover the greatness still lying within. The conversational process, the support, and the accountability keep you moving towards your truth.

The role of a coach is to facilitate new learning
:
.....learning that enhances the quality of a person's life experiences; to support him to transcend the boundaries he has unwittingly placed around the possible actions available to him, and seeking to have him experience an expanded sense of what is possible.

A good coach is also an acute listener

..... to the emotional spaces from which the client speaks - especially the deeper moods of life that can be invisible to the client and yet permeate every aspect of his existence.

Coaches work with clients in all areas including business, career, finances, health and relationships. As a result of coaching, clients:

— more fully use their natural talents and strengths


We Listen and Observe

Professional coaches are trained to listen and observe, to customize their approach to the individual client's needs, and to elicit solutions and strategies from the client.

We believe that the client is naturally creative and resourceful.
Our job is to provide support:

— to enhance the skills, resources, and creativity that you already have.

How Coaching Works

Coaching takes place as a series of weekly conversations, continuing for as long as you are receiving benefit from it.

Sessions can be face to face in our offices, in your office, or via telephone, or a mixture of the above – whatever suits you.

Each session lasts approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour, and is supported by email, and additional short phone calls.
